Take the Stress Test
 
Are you stressed?  Do you
Feel lethargic?  
Feel irritable? 
Have tense and painful muscles?
Eat, drink and smoke too much?
Find it hard to concentrate?
Find yourself saying 'I have to...' followed by a long list of tasks?
 
If you answered 'yes' to three or more of these questions you may be suffering from chronic stress.
One thing you should try to do is to give yourself time to do something that you enjoy.  That could be anything from talking & laughing with a friend, reading a good book, taking a stroll, going to the gym or listening to music. 
 
There are many sources of help available for managing stress, but if you are concerned about your health it is always a good idea to visit your GP.
