Rescheduling or Cancelling your Appointment
I appreciate that sometimes the unexpected may pop up, meaning that you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. But making changes at the last minute can mean that someone else misses out on your appointment slot.
So, I’d kindly like to ask that you do your best to give me at least 24 hours notice by calling or texting me on 0755 407 0770. I’m sorry but I can’t accept changes of less than 24 hours notice by email. If less than 24 hours notice is given a £10.00 fee is due which may be paid by cash or cheque.
