During your pregnancy it's important that you don't lie on either your back or front, as these are not safe positions. For your massage, I ensure that both you and your baby are safe and comfortable, by supporting you to lie on your side and to sit semi-reclined. At all times I make sure that you are fully supported by comfy pillows.
Massage during pregnancy is wonderful for most mums-to-be. Pregnancy massage is recommended from the start of your second trimester
onwards. Please note that it is intended to support and not replace the essential ante-natal care provided by your GP, midwife or obstetrician.
